Classic Green Built Homes in Top 5% of Enervision Rating

A new rating by Enervision, the non-profit Alberta organization charged with making Alberta’s builders more environmentally friendly, has ranked Classic Communities new single family homes amongst the top 5% of Western Canada’s environmentally friendly Built Green homes.

Building to the standards of the Built Green Society of Canada, Classic has integrated Structurally Insulated Panel (SIP) components and environmentally friendly features that include: high-efficiency furnaces, tankless hot water heating, and insulated water lines, to create homes that are in keeping with today’s environmental focus.
