Classic Construction Ltd. Tops Venture’s Fast 50 List for Third Year in a Row

Classic Construction Ltd. has made Alberta Venture Magazine’s Fast 50 List for the third year running, proving their staying power as one of Alberta’s top companies.

Each year, Alberta Venture Magazine compiles a list of the 50 Fastest Growing Companies in Alberta, which divides companies into two individually, ranked categories comprised of 25 rankings each. One for those companies with sales over $20 million and one for those companies with sales under $20 million.

Classified for the second year in a row in the over $20 million category, with revenues totalling more that $52,955,122.00, this year Classic has claimed the number 12 spot, and was the only company located outside of the Calgary/Edmonton corridor to do so. Making this a win not only for Classic Construction, but also for Southern Alberta.

With a three-year revenue increase of 171% and assets totalling more than $37 Million, Classic Construction Ltd. continues its unprecedented growth with expansions into new markets in Alberta such as High River and Canmore. Building affordable housing, where before there was none, and redefining the term affordable with their high quality homes.
In the introduction to their 2009 Fast 50 issue, Venture Magazine writes: “The list we came up with represents small business as well as large business, serving world markets as well as local ones, operating in cities as well as smaller centres….Collectively, they present a catalogue of best business practices.
