Although there are numerous other mortgage brokers within the city, many do not understand the unique process that we have taken to help families achieve home ownership. We recommend that our clients use Trisha to get financial approval. We inform clients that they are free to use any mortgage broker they choose, we suggest however that their broker contact Trisha to better understand our Program.
